Bruce Hoffman

BOARD MEMBER
Bruce Hoffman, MSN, RN, CFRN, FP-C, C-NPT is a nationally recognized educator, clinician, and leader in emergency and critical care transport. With over two decades of experience as a registered nurse, paramedic, and academic administrator, Bruce currently serves as an Assistant Professor at American International College in Massachusetts. He is also an active critical care transport nurse with Baystate Health Systems and a doctoral candidate in Health Professions Education at Logan University. Bruce has contributed significantly to EMS and nursing education through his leadership roles, scholarly publications, podcast features, and dynamic national and international speaking engagements.
Bruce has served in various clinical, academic, and operational capacities, including as former Associate Faculty and Program Director at Goodwin University and senior educator for numerous critical care organizations, including FlightBridgeED. His professional focus includes simulation-based education, accreditation consulting, interprofessional development, and advocating for equitable access to healthcare training. A lifelong volunteer with the Ellington Volunteer Ambulance Corps and recipient of multiple national awards, Bruce brings a deep commitment to advancing patient safety and educational excellence through innovative simulation practices.
Bruce lives with wife Stephanie and their three children Ava, Addy and Jack in NorthCentral CT.
