Ruth was born in Montana and raised in Colorado, splitting her time between the two states until she moved fully to Montana in 2021 to become a paramedic.
Ruth has spent most of her time as a paramedic working in rural Montana, and is passionate about advocating for small communities and the challenges that face rural healthcare systems.
When not on the ambulance, she spends her time crocheting, spending time with family, visiting new coffee shops, or looking for a new book to read.
