Anne Frey-Mott

Anne Frey-Mott has spent more than 30 years producing dynamic, high-impact events around the world. Known for combining strategic vision with creative execution, she has built a career around bringing people together through memorable experiences that drive connection, learning, and measurable results.

She is the Founder and President of Conference Solutions, established in 2000, where she partners with organizations to design and deliver complex meetings, conferences, and experiential programs. Anne is also the Co-Founder and former Chief Revenue Officer of The Event Studio, where she helped scale the business from 2008 through 2024. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a passion for building communities, fostering collaboration, and creating experiences that help organizations grow and achieve their goals.

Anne has worked with a wide range of clients, including The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Wells Fargo Bank, New York University, Salesforce, ChIPs, Genesys, and many others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UCLA. Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with family and her dogs, traveling, being outdoors, and staying active through hiking, skiing, and yoga. She is also an avid reader with a lifelong curiosity about people, places, and ideas.
