Our team brings mobile simulation, classroom education, and collaborative training directly to hospitals, clinics, EMS agencies, schools, and other healthcare settings. That means the work is hands-on, varied, and often different from one day to the next.

What the Work Is Like

You may be facilitating a simulation one day, teaching a certification course the next, traveling across Montana or beyond, troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with healthcare teams, or adapting quickly when something doesn’t go exactly according to plan.

Our work requires people who can think independently, communicate well, stay flexible, and remain focused on the learner experience.

Many positions involve travel, including multi-day trips, so comfort with travel is an important part of many roles.
