Rand Dickson is a seasoned paramedic and EMS leader with over two decades of experience in emergency response and rural healthcare education.
He serves as the Director of Powell County EMS in Deer Lodge, Montana, where he oversees operations and collaborates with local agencies to enhance emergency medical services.
As the founder of Rural Training Solutions, Dickson provides customized medical training—including CPR, ACLS, PALS, and EMT courses—to rural communities worldwide, combining online and in-person instruction.
His commitment to advancing EMS education is further demonstrated through his role on the board of Simulation In Motion Montana and his participation as a moderator at the University of Montana's Time Sensitive Care Summit.
