Kris Kaull has driven innovation and positive change in EMS for over 30 years, merging his passion for EMS and technology to develop new resources and platforms that enhance patient care and operations. Today, he is recognized as an authoritative figure in EMS, healthcare, online media, and technology.
Throughout his career, Kris has held various pivotal roles across EMS and fire services, including positions as a firefighter captain, training officer, paramedic, FTO, and ambulance service director. He continues actively serving as a critical care flight paramedic in rural Montana and Yellowstone National Park, directly impacting frontline medical care.
On the corporate front, Kris founded Paramedic.com and led marketing initiatives across major industry platforms, including EMS1.com, FireRescue1.com, and PoliceOne.com. He later became the Chief Growth Officer at Pulsara, a platform that bridges the communication and logistics gap among first responders, emergency management, and hospitals.
Kris was also a partner at RedFlash Group, a national strategic consulting firm specializing in marketing, communication, and outreach strategies for the public safety sector, serving federal, commercial, and nonprofit organizations before creating his own consulting company dedicated to serving organizations in public safety.
A prolific speaker and writer, Kris addresses topics ranging from technology and clinical issues to leadership, emphasizing the critical role of human connection. When not strategizing or flying in a helicopter, Kris enjoys Montana's vast beauty.
While he prefers to live in the country, Kris also loves to travel and enjoys the vibrant cultural, arts, and culinary scenes of city life. This balance reflects his commitment to personal and professional growth, grounding him in a lifestyle that fosters continuous inspiration. As a dad of 2 and a husband of 1, Kris shares this lifestyle with his wife, Sara, and two adult children.
