Loren Deichman, a seasoned leader in emergency medical services (EMS), is retired from active paramedic duties and now channels his expertise as Director of Quality and Compliance at Med Ops Staffing, a premier nationwide travel paramedic and industrial emergency response company.
With over 34 years in EMS, Loren's career highlights include serving as a flight paramedic in New Mexico and West Texas, clinical educator, paramedic education program faculty administrator, air medical program director, and business owner.
His dedication to excellence has shaped innovative programs and elevated standards in pre-hospital care and emergency response.
Loren previously served as Operations Director for SIM-MT from its inception until 2021 and brings years of mobile simulation expertise and strategic planning to support the mission of Simulation in Motion, Inc.
