Ruth bolt

Ruth Bolt is a Simulation Specialist at SIM-MT, where she facilitates hands-on training experiences for healthcare professionals. A certified paramedic, she brings practical clinical insight and a steady, grounded approach to simulation work.

Ruth began her career in EMS during college, quickly discovering a passion for the field. She completed her EMT training, advanced to paramedic certification, and continues to serve with a rural ambulance service while building her experience. She has been with SIM-MT supporting simulation-based education that strengthens real-world care.

With roots in both Colorado and Montana, Ruth settled in Montana full-time in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and crocheting.
