Time Sensitive Illness and Injury

Participants will learn how to assess and treat patients experiencing a time-sensitive illness such as STEMI, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, and stroke using a high fidelity manikin. In addition, the learners will evaluate the effectiveness of their communication and team work. SIM-MT's trainings create a safe environment where students can explore their knowledge, make mistakes, correct their skills, consider new concepts, and leave feeling more confident in their ability to tackle a similar call in the field.
