TSII Training

TSII Training

Through a systematic approach to training, evaluation, and quality improvement, EMS agencies can see improved outcomes from Time Sensitive Illness & Injuries (TSII). The MT EMSTS office is starting an ambitious project to assist agencies and their medical directors implement QI projects focused on TSII. Assistance from hospital TSII programs will aid agencies to meet their goals for better outcomes. We are inviting you to join your EMS colleagues to start talking about quality improvement.

These Time Sensitive Illness and Injury Trainings will take place at six locations around the state of Montana. The majority of the day is spent on hands on, patient care scenarios. The audience is all levels of Emergency Care Providers (EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic). The training focuses on time sensitive illnesses and injury – heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, severe trauma and traumatic brain injury. This training is sponsored by DPHHS EMS & TS at no charge to the students. This is a grant funded training opportunity.
